This hunting lease is leased and not available. Here is an awesome 201-acre farm in Braxton County West Virginia. The property has old logging roads/ATV trails all through it. The property once was a working farm, but the fields have not been taken care of in several years. These old fields would make for great food plot locations. The timber has been select cut some through the years but plenty of large mature timber remains.

The amount of deer sign and big deer sign was very impressive. I found several large rubs and trails that are warn into ditches. The landowner has let a few friends hunt the property in the past and they have had success for both deer and turkey!

This tract is at the end of a county road. Access to the top of the mountain with a truck will be limited if it is wet. ATVs of any kind will have no trouble. You can unload at the entrance of the property if needed. Camping would be OK but you would need to pull campers in and out in dry times.
